The apatite necklace consists of faceted buttons of size 2.5 x 3.5mm.
Due to the extension chain the necklace can be worn in lengths between 43 and 47cm.
The extension chain and the clasp are made of rhodium-plated silver 925.
Apatite is used for its motivating effect, in which inertia and apathetic behavior should be overcome. Thus, plans can be implemented conaequently and goals can be achieved.
The name apatite is derived from the Greek word "apatáo" for "to deceive" and was coined in 1786 by the German mineralogist Abraham Gottlob Werner (1749 - 1817). Since apatite occurs in numerous different forms and colors, there is a great danger that apatite will be mistaken for another mineral. Spellings like apartith, apathite, apatite, appatite or apatiet are not correct.
