Chain Button faceted, Spinel (black), 3mm/45cm

The faceted Spinel buttons are about 2mm thick and have a diameter of about 3mm. The spinel chains are 45cm long, the lobster clasp is made of silver 925.

In stone healing black Spinel is used when constructive drive and modesty is required; discipline and sense of duty are strengthened.

For the origin of the name Spinel there are two theories: Either Spinel derives from the Greek "spin(n)os" (to sparkle) or from the Latin "spinella" (small thorn). Since the 16th century, various spellings of the mineral have been used in Europe, such as spynell, spinella, and spinellus. Today the spelling Spinel is common, occasionally Spinnell can be found.
