Gemstones captivate with their special properties: Hardness, color, transparency and rarity. However, their beauty is often hidden in the stone and only the cutting and polishing brings out their true splendor. This collection consists of numerous genuine gemstones that have undergone a long and elaborate grinding and polishing process, which the grinder calls "tumbling". In this process, the pre-shaped stones are placed in round drums together with water and abrasive powder and moved for a long period of time. The movement and the abrasive powder slowly grind them down, causing them to lose their sharp corners and edges. In a final step, the stones are given their noble shine by adding polishing powder.

Each tin contains various mixed Tumbled Stones in different sizes as well as an information sheet in four languages for the identification of the individual stones.
