The frosted bowls of calcite aragonite in various shades of beige, cream and brown are 12 x 12cm and consist of a slightly convex square. Very nice for a candle, some nibbles or to put jewelry!
The mineral Aragonite was described for the first time in 1796 by the German mineralogist Abraham Gottlob Werner and named by after the place of discovery in the province of Aragon in northeastern Spain; the spelling Arragonite is therefore not correct.
