The fluorite strands are 40cm long and strung for transport. We recommend that you always replace the transport thread with suitable knotting material.
The name fluorite is derived from the Latin fluere (to flow) and refers to the mining term fluorspar for fluorite. Spellings such as floride, florite, flouride, fluorite or fluride are therefore incorrect.
