The different colored fluorite hexagons have a thickness of about 6mm and a size of about 12 x 14mm; the whole fluorite strand is 40cm long.
As a classic "learning stone", the multicolored Fluorite (also called rainbow fluorite) is used in stone healing when structure, order and concentration are required.
The name fluorite is derived from the Latin fluere (to flow) and refers to the mining term fluorspar for fluorite. Spellings such as floride, florite, flouride, fluorite or fluride are therefore not correct.
