Tanzanite is a real rarity as strandware at affordable prices!
The coarsely faceted nuggets are approx. 08 x 07mm at the two ends of the strand and then become larger and larger towards the middle; the largest nuggets are approx. 15 x 11mm.
The total length of the strand is about 43cm - longer than most strands!
Tanzanite (blue Zoisite) can help overcome difficult times and regain confidence. Questions of meaning can be clarified more easily with the support of the stone, so that you can come clean with yourself and so is open again for a possible reorientation.
Tanzanite is a quite newly discovered mineral; the first finds were in 1967 in the north of Tanzania; these were also name-giving for the stone. In Germany the spelling Tanzanite has become common, rarely Tanzanite is also encountered. The only common syonym is iron zoisite.
