Alexander salt familiarization set (4 x 0.5kg)

The introductory pack with the four different grains of Alexander salt is ideal as a gift and as an introduction to the many uses of salt!

You will receive a 0.5 kg pack of each of the sizes fine, medium, coarse and chunk; a total of 2 kg of high-quality salt.

The salt comes from the famous Salt Range in the north-east of Pakistan (Punjab province), which is around 160 km from Islamabad and 260 km from Lahore. The salt mines around Kehwra are located in a foothill of the Himalayas, but are not directly associated with the Himalayan massif. Alexander salt is therefore also known commercially as "Himalayan salt" or "Himalayan salt".
