An exciting new gemstone from Garut (Java, Indonesia)!
Very rarely, in the formation of Petrified Wood, the organic material is not replaced by quartz, but with opals. A real rarity!
Due to the also embedded Copper, intense green hues are created.
The elongated drop is about 30 x 10mm in size.
The polished setting and the eyelet are made of rhodium-plated silver 925.
Size of the pendant 4.2 x 1.9cm, inner diameter of the eyelet 4mm.
Stone weight opalized wood 8.3 ct, silver weight 1.66 g.
