Longstones are massage stones for gemstone applications, which are especially suitable for large, strong muscle areas (e.g. for athletes or on the back and legs). With a thickness of approx. 1.5cm, the Freeform Longstones fit very well in the hand and can - similar to a hand wedge - be firmly held with all fingers and used for massage. But also reflex zone treatments are possible with these elongated massage stones!
