The Edelstein Balance® is a holistic concept for wellness and cosmetics, which has been developed from the decades of experience of the beautician and masseuse Monika Grundmann. Elements from Shiatsu, reflexology, stone healing according to Michael Gienger and other proven procedures combine in the Edelstein Balance® to create a fascinating system for physical and mental well-being.
The focus here is on seven themes with the associated stone types, e.g. "Getting into flow" (Sodalite) or "Fountain of youth" (Fluorite).
