Andrea Schmalz—Empowering Children with Expertise and Heart

Andrea Schmalzl has been happily married for many years, is the mother of twins, and knows the realities of family life—with all its challenges—from personal experience. Juggling school, free time, appointments, and the small and big worries of everyday life, she has been supporting children, teens, and families on their journey for many years.

Her work is grounded in extensive training in relaxation, stress prevention, and learning coaching. Her expertise is complemented by qualifications in psychological counseling and life coaching, as well as specializations in dyslexia and dyscalculia.

Andrea Schmalzl has been running her own practice for over 15 years. As the founder of RelaxKids®, she has also developed and conducted numerous continuing education programs for educators, parents, and coaches.

Her focus is on providing holistic support for children and adolescents—using a proven combination of relaxation, stress prevention, bullying prevention, and learning coaching. The goal is to empower children, foster their joy of learning, and provide lasting relief for families in their daily lives.

Her approach: less pressure, more Serenity, and more enthusiasm for learning—practical for everyday life, effective, and delivered with a lot of heart.

Marco Schreier – A Fascination with Gemstones Since Childhood

Marco Schreier’s fascination with stones and gemstones has been with him since his earliest childhood. Even as a boy, he collected pebbles and special finds in nature with great enthusiasm—so intensely that even his grandparents’ car regularly had to serve as a “pebble truck.” His grandfather Rudolf, in particular, had a lasting influence on him: Through shared hikes, experiences in nature, and stories about the world of the mountains and their secrets, the foundation was laid for a lifelong passion.

A defining moment came when he discovered an alpine Rock Crystal from South Tyrol. For the first time, Marco Schreier recognized in it not just a beautiful stone, but the fascinating order, clarity, and Formation of a mineral. This discovery sparked his curiosity about the world of mineralogy—and what began as a child’s hobby grew into a serious interest. Books, microscopy, and field trips deepened his knowledge and enthusiasm.

This passion endured beyond his youth and continued to develop step by step. At just 16 years old, he began trading in minerals, thereby laying the foundation for his entrepreneurial career. What started as a small hobby eventually became a profession—driven by his unwavering fascination with gemstones.
