The roundish Tumbled Stones made of Sardonyx have a diameter of approx. 3,5 - 4,0cm; in each packing unit (=VE) with 0,5kg there are approx. 9 - 11 Sardonyx stones.

The red-brown part of Sardonyx is also called Sard. The name Sardonyx, like the mineral itself, is composed of the black and white Onyx and the orange-brown Sard; therefore, the spelling Sardonix is not correct.
