With these intensely green Prase Quartz (Buddstone) donuts, it is immediately clear why Prase Quartz is also called leek quartz!
Size of the donuts 4.0 cm; the hole in the middle of the slice has a diameter of approx. 8 mm and is therefore suitable for donut spirals.
In gemstone healing, Prase is valued for its balancing effect and is used to calm heated tempers and facilitate conflict resolution. The name Prase is derived from the Greek word "prasos" for leek. Spellings such as phrasem, prassem or prassen are therefore incorrect. Prase Quartz (Buddstone) is also called budstone, emerald quartz, leek quartz or African jade.
