Since ancient times, people have worn amulets made of stone to protect themselves from negative external energies. The shimmering black Obsidian is a popular protective stone. In the hustle and bustle, it protects us from too many impressions and energies coming at us at the same time. With its support, we are able to stay completely with ourselves and separate the important from the unimportant, the positive from the negative. The black stone brings us back to our center and allows us to rest in it - and thus in ourselves - in a relaxed manner.

Worn as jewelry, it protects us from giving too much of our own energy to others and thus becoming powerless ourselves. Especially when we are surrounded by many people in everyday life, e.g. in the office, the obsidian disc is intended to shield us from negative forces. It can also be a valuable protection against subtle attacks from individuals who are not well-disposed towards us.

Convex mirrors, i.e. mirrors that are curved outwards, are particularly suitable for optimum protection as they do not absorb the energy that hits them but reflect it back to the person who caused it. Placed above the bed, they should protect the sleeper.

Each Obsidian Mirror Stone comes in a plastic case with a snap fastener and an insert in German, French, English and Spanish explaining the function of the Obsidian Mirror.

In "Game of Thrones", Obsidian is referred to as dragonglass or zirtys perzys ("frozen fire").
