Shattuckite a good balancing stone that helps to keep a cool head. Ballast and worries can be let go with the support of the stone, so that new projects can be approached strengthened.

The first locality of the mineral was the Shattuck Mine near Bisbee (Arizona, USA), the first description was made in 1915 by the mineralogist and geologist Waldemar Theodore Schaller (1882 - 1967). Schaller then named the newly discovered mineral after the type locality, i.e. the first place of discovery. Spellings like Schattuckite, Schattukite, Shattukite or Shatukite are therefore not correct.
Since beside the Shattuckite often three other minerals like quartz, Malachite and Chrysocoll are contained, the stone is also called Quantum Quattro in the esoteric literature from the English language area.
