Thumb Stone Carnelian (heated)

The Thumb Stone is made of carnelian (heated) and measures approx. 5.0 x 3.2 cm.

Synonyms for the name carnelian are coralin/coralin, blood agate and flesh agate; carnelian is also sometimes referred to as serdolik in the wholesale trade.

Thumb stones owe their name to their use as a massage stone for the thumb. An ideal hand flatterer that can easily be carried in a trouser pocket thanks to its flat shape. Carried in your pocket, it encourages you - even unconsciously - to pick it up.

Thumb Stones are also known as Worry Stones. This form of hand flatterer is often picked up in stressful situations in order to play around with it and become a little more relaxed.
