You turn and move the Mindfulness Crystal in your hand and are constantly surprised anew by the areas in your hand that you address with the stone! The shape is so catchy, so aesthetic and seemingly so simple. Yet it always feels different from what we expect. The Mindfulness Crystal encourages thought processes and
every turn in the hand opens up new ideas and insights.

The Mindfulness Crystal is also a wonderful tool for self-massage. It can be used to playfully massage the reflex zones of the hand. The points that relate to personal weak points are intuitively targeted. By gently pressing with the crystal, the points are activated so that the energy begins to flow again through the reflex zones.

Size of the Mindfulness Crystals approx. 5 x 5 cm; supplied in the Lapis Vitalis metal gift box with instructions in four languages.

Labradorite, from which the mindfulness stones were cut, clearly visualizes goals and intentions. The core and meaning of the goals become apparent, illusions fall away, you look behind things and into yourself. Intuition is also strengthened by labradorite. Full of creative ideas and with great enthusiasm, you can devote yourself to your plans with strength and without false ideas.

The first labradorites arrived in Europe in the 18th century after they were found on the Canadian Labrador Peninsula in 1770. The Czech missionary Father Adolf found the first pieces there when the Moravians founded numerous settlements on the forest-covered peninsula in the Atlantic. The mineral was given its name "labradorite" in 1832 by the French mineralogist and professor François Bedaunt (1787 - 1850) due to its location on the Labrador Peninsula. Occasional spellings such as labardorite, labradoride, labradoriet, labradorite, labratorite or lapradorite are therefore incorrect.
