Longstones are particularly long and thick freeform massage stones, which are especially suitable for deep massages and application on large muscle areas (e.g. on the back or legs).
The Longstones are approx. 10 - 12cm long and 2,0 - 2,5cm thick.
In modern stone medicine K2 is used in times of change, because the stone combines the forces of Gneiss, Azurite and Malachite. Gneiss assists in enduring difficult circumstances during transitions from one state to the next until they are overcome. Azurite reveals unexamined ideas and habits and helps to throw them overboard if necessary. Malachite promotes the desire for adventure, deepens the emotional life and supports the imagination and decisiveness.
The mineral has received the additional designation "K2" because it is also found at the foot of K2, the second highest mountain in the world.
