The purple jade Corner Stones weigh approx. 10 to 13 grams and are approx. 3 x 2 cm in size.

Where the raw material is found: Bursa (northwest Turkey). Because of the place where it is found, purple jade is also known as Turkish jade or turkiyenite.
The Corner Stones take the form of historical mosaic stones (tesserae), which were already popular with the ancient Greeks as a material for handicrafts.
Due to their flat shape, Corner Stones are very well suited as hand flatterers, for energetic applications and sometimes even for drilling or setting.
