Apatite chips are about 5-7mm in size, and the cloverleaf is formed of electroplated silver-plated Copper and set with Cubic Zirconia.

The stones and metal elements are threaded on Elastic Cord; length of the sliver bracelet approx. 19cm.

The bright apatite is also called apatite neon.

The name apatite is derived from the Greek word "apatáo" meaning "to deceive" and was coined in 1786 by the German mineralogist Abraham Gottlob Werner (1749 - 1817). Since apatite occurs in numerous different forms and colors, there is a great danger that apatite will be mistaken for another mineral. Spellings like apartith, apathite, apatite, appatite or apatiet are not correct.
