Rhodochrosite bracelet is threaded on Elastic Cord and is about 19cm long. The buttons have a diameter of 8-9mm.

Rhodochrosite is valued in gemstone medicine because the mineral has an activating and invigorating effect; with the support of this type of stone, the work is easy.

Abraham Gottlob Werner (1749-1817) first named rhodochrosite manganese spar, taking into account its chemical composition and good cleavability. In 1813 Friedrich Hausmann (1782-1859) gave the Rhodochrosite its name "Rhodochrosite" which is still valid today. This is derived from the ancient Greek words "rhodo" (rose) and "chrosite" (color). Spellings like Rhodhocrosite, Rhodochosite, Rhodocrosite, Rodhocrhosite, Rodochrosite or Rodocrosite are therefore not correct. Nowadays obsolete names for the Rhodochrosite are Incaspat/Inkarose, Raspberry spar, Rose spar and Manganese spar.
