A great new find from Tanzania: various Feldspar with Hematite inclusions!
This new material is on the market under the trade name Arusha sunstone.
We were able to get hold of a small barrel of rough stones and had these beautiful sliver bracelets cut from them.
Size of the sunstone chips approx. 3 - 5mm. The length of the sunstone bracelet is approx. 19cm; threaded on Elastic Cord. Stone weight 33.3ct.
Sunstone belongs to the Feldspar group of minerals. Another trade name for this special variety of arushasonnene stone is confetti sunstone.
