Cleansing a stone energetically on an amethyst segment is a particularly gentle process.
To do this, the stone is placed on the segment and infused with the energy of the amethyst. This clears away any absorbed foreign energies. And as a “charging dish” in crystal form, it’s also a beautiful eye-catcher!
Only selected, hand-picked pieces of amethyst druses are used for the amethyst charging dish. Ideal for replenishing energy after cleansing, e.g., with the smudge blend.
The cleansing stones measure approx. 16–18 cm. Delivery includes a booklet by Michael Gienger titled “Discharging—Cleansing—Charging,” which contains extensive information and instructions on cleansing and charging gemstones.
The name “amethyst” is derived from the Greek word amethystos (counteracting intoxication) and refers to the traditional belief that an amethyst protects against the intoxicating effects of wine and other alcoholic beverages. Spellings such as Amathyst, Amethist, Ametist, Ametyhst, Ametyst, Amnethyst, Amthyst, or Amythist are therefore incorrect.
