Amethyst is one of the most commonly used stones in gemstone therapy. Its vibrations help us humans to free ourselves from the stress and restlessness of our busy everyday lives. It helps us to develop serenity and inner peace in areas of transition - for example, in the transition from the activity of the day to the passivity of the night. Amethyst calms our thoughts, which often prevent us from falling asleep in the evening despite being very tired.

The bedtime pillow is filled with approx. 70 grams of millet husks and 80 grams of amethyst.

Size of the pillow approx. 23 x 17 cm.

The amethyst cushion is supplied in a blue Lapis Vitalis gift box.

The rectangular gemstone cushions were developed by Klaus Hüser under the name Schlafkissen.

The name amethyst is derived from the Greek word amethystos (counteracting intoxication) and refers to the traditional belief that an amethyst protects against the intoxicating effects of wine and other alcohol. Spellings such as Amathyst, Amethist, Ametist, Ametyhst, Ametyst, Amnethyst, Amthyst or Amythist are therefore incorrect.
