Lovingly hand-engraved family with three hippos made of Silver Sheen Obsidian!
Dad hippo measures approx. 7.5 x 3.5 cm, mom hippo approx. 5.0 x 2.5 cm and the baby hippo is approx. 4.5 x 2.0 cm.
Together, the three animal engravings have a stone weight of approx. 1372.5ct.
The hippopotamus is characterized by its thick skin. The animal is therefore considered to symbolize a person's relationship with their environment - which aspects get (too) "under the skin", when is it important to "save your own skin" before you become "thin-skinned"?
