The round black bowl was painstakingly decorated by hand with countless pieces of Paua Shell, grouted and then polished. The result is a decorative small bowl at an affordable price that is suitable for jewelry, small snacks and much more.
Size of the bowl 9.5 x 9.5cm, height 2.5cm; stone weight approx. 250ct.
The shell pieces come from Haliotis asinina, a popular delicacy in South East Asia.
This sea snail is popularly known as the dog-eared abalone.
