Edge length of the cracked crystal cube beads approx. 4mm, length of the strand approx. 40cm.

Cracked Rock Crystal is not, as the name suggests, frosted - the fine structure of the lines is created by brief heating. The fine cracked structure can eventually recede through intensive wear and the resulting skin contact, as the cracks are filled with skin oil and fat and become less visible. However, careful cleaning with alcohol will bring out the structure again.

Cracked, crushed or ice-crushed Rock Crystal or Crystal and crackle quartz are other names for crushed crystal.
