Monika Grundmann did her stone healing training with Michael Gienger, she is a non-medical practitioner, natural cosmetician and masseuse with her own practice. In almost 20 years of professional experience in the wellness sector, she developed her now internationally known concept of Gemstone Balance® massage and Gemstone Balance® oils. The co-founder of the "Cairn Elen Life Schools" and the initiative "Fair Trade Minerals e.V.", which promotes fair trade in gemstones, has been holding seminars and lectures on massage with gemstones and gemstone oils for many years, and is the author of the book "Schönheit durch Berühren" (Verlag Neue Erde, 2006).
