Elegant, two-tone pendant with Mother of Pearl and faceted amethyst.
The white and black Mother of Pearl takes the Yin Yang theme and reinterprets it as a drop pendant. These beautiful cabochons were cut from the shell of the Pteria Penguin (winged oyster). The transition from light to dark was chosen to create a natural Yinyang design.
Size of the Mother of Pearl drop approx. 35 x 23mm, stone weight Mother of Pearl 9.4ct. The oval faceted amethyst measures 9 x 6mm and weighs 1.6ct.
The bezel setting and eyelet of the mother-of-pearl pendant are made of highly polished, gold-plated silver 925; silver weight 1.76g.

Hello! My name is Marco Schreier, I am the stone-loving founder of the Mineralienhandlung GmbH of the same name. My career in the field of gemstones, precious stones, pearls and designer jewelry only began relatively late.
Originally, my attention was focused on collector's minerals, then on polished stone products such as tumbled stones, etc. Later, drilled stones were added, which, worn on a leather strap, were the first jewelry we offered. With the establishment of our office in Bali, Indonesia in 2001 and shortly afterwards our office and company in Hong Kong, I created the basis for integrating many of my favorites such as special crystals, specially cut, rare gemstones, free-form cabochons, beads and pearls into my own jewelry.
