This 925 silver pendant is highly polished and rhodiniert, giving it a cool and particularly brilliant shine. The rhodium plating provides reliable protection against tarnishing and ensures a durable, high-quality surface.
The pendant measures approx. 2.9 x 1.1 cm and therefore looks slim and elegant. The eyelet has an inner diameter of 3.6 mm, making it ideal for combining with fine chains.
The centerpiece is a fancy-shaped opal doublet cabochon measuring approx. 19 x 10 mm, which is securely set in a frame. The opal's intense play of colors reveals iridescent reflections depending on the incidence of light, giving the piece of jewelry a lively radiance.
The weight of the stone is approx. 7.5 ct, the silver weight is 1.31 g.
An opal doublet consists of a thin layer of genuine precious opal, which is applied to a dark carrier material, allowing the play of color to come into its own particularly intensively and at the same time achieving good stability.
