A fascinating pendant that combines millions of years of Earth’s history with exceptional craftsmanship. The 252–358-million-year-old ammonite from Madagascar was carefully cut open, polished, and embellished with shimmering Paua Shell inlays.
Each individual piece of shell is carefully cut by hand to fit into the chambers of the ammonite—a labor-intensive technique that makes every piece of jewelry a distinctive one-of-a-kind creation.
The high-gloss polished, rhodiniertes 925 sterling silver setting with prongs impressively highlights the intense color reflections of the Paua Shell while also providing lasting Tarnish protection. This special piece of jewelry is crafted in our jewelry workshop in Indonesia.

Individual design jewelry with gemstones: Ammonite Pendant, Paua Shell Inlay, 4.6 cm, rhodiniert
Hello! My name is Marco Schreier, I am the stone-loving founder of the Mineralienhandlung GmbH of the same name. My career in the field of gemstones, precious stones, pearls and designer jewelry only began relatively late.
Originally, my attention was focused on collector's minerals, then on polished stone products such as tumbled stones, etc. Later, drilled stones were added, which, worn on a leather strap, were the first jewelry we offered. With the establishment of our office in Bali, Indonesia in 2001 and shortly afterwards our office and company in Hong Kong, I created the basis for integrating many of my favorites such as special crystals, specially cut, rare gemstones, free-form cabochons, beads and pearls into my own jewelry.
Chili Jewels® is our professional brand for the specialist trade with low wholesale prices and outstanding offers from our own production of silver jewelry, stone jewelry, necklaces and pendants with real stones.
