This high-quality Ammolite ring combines timeless elegance with the spectacular array of colors found in one of the world’s rarest organic gemstones. The centerpiece is an oval Ammolite cabochon (16 × 12 mm) weighing approximately 6.65 ct, which captivates with its intense, natural play of colors. The cabochon is securely set in a bezel setting. The bezel setting and ring band are made of high-gloss polished, gold-plated 925 silver with a silver weight of approximately 3.74 g. The harmonious proportions give the ring a particularly elegant and luxurious appearance. The Blackfoot First Nation (Indigenous people of Canada) have known Ammolite for centuries under the name Iniskim (“buffalo stone”) and, according to tradition, used it as a talisman while hunting. In 2004, Ammolite was officially designated the state gemstone of the Canadian province of Alberta and has been considered a “National Treasure” ever since.
