A greeting from times gone by! These small fossilized ammonites are approx. 252 - 358 million years old.
The ammonites from Madagascar are approx. 1.7 cm in size, were carefully sawn open, polished and then set in 925 silver.
The individual chambers are clearly visible - these are partially or completely filled with crystallized minerals. Each pair of ammonites is therefore unique in its grain.
