Practical spirit lamp for working with Shellac, which belongs in every jewelry workshop to soften Shellac.
Shellac is hard and brittle at room temperature and only becomes soft and malleable when heated. The spirit lamp provides a calm, even flame and is much easier to control than an open fire, e.g. with a lighter. This also reduces the risk of burning or sooting material.

Safety instructions:
+ Only use the spirit lamp on a stable, heat-resistant surface.
+ Only use suitable methylated spirits, never other liquids.
+ Never refill the lamp while it is burning.
+ Always operate the open flame under supervision and keep it away from flammable materials.
+ After use, extinguish the flame completely and allow the lamp to cool down before putting it away.
+ Ensure adequate ventilation at the workplace.
