This beautiful dark orange-red Zircon on matrix originates from the well-known localities in the Astor Valley (Gilgit-Baltistan, Northern Pakistan).
The entire piece measures approx. 6 x 4 x 4.5 cm, the largest zircon crystal has a size of approx. 2 cm.
Zircon (natural) is used in gemstone healing to support the realization of what is really important and what is transient. This makes it easier to let go of outdated things and structures.
The best-known synonym for natural zircon is hyacinth; occasionally the terms alvite, crytolite/chrysolithos, hyacinth, hyacinthus, hyacinthe, jargon, lyncurion and malakon are also used.
