Blue Lace Agate is often used in gemstone wellness for draining applications; the blue chalcedony agate brings things back into flow.

Longstones are massage stones for gemstone applications that are particularly suitable for large, strong muscle areas (e.g. in athletes or on the back and legs). With a thickness of approx. 2 cm, the freeform longstones fit very well in the hand and can be firmly gripped with all fingers and used for massage, similar to a fist wedge. Reflexology treatments are also possible with these elongated massage stones!

The terms "calchedon" and "carchedon" were first used by Pliny the Elder in his Latin Naturalis Historia in the 1st century AD. However, it is not possible to clearly identify which stones were described here on the basis of the descriptions. Via "intermediate stages" such as calcedony, calcedony, chalcedony or kalcedony, the name changed to the chalcedony commonly used today.
