Suitable gemstones for massages
In principle, all minerals and gemstones are suitable for massages, provided they can be cut into gemstone beads. The aim of the massage with gemstone spheres is to support the focus of the application, e.g. relaxation or activation through the effect of the suitable gemstone. The most popular stones for massage beads include Rose Quartz, amethyst and green jade (Serpentine and Nephrite).

Choosing the right gemstone sphere for massage
In our wholesale range, we always have over twenty different minerals available as massage spheres. Depending on the orientation of the gemstone massage, the relaxing green Aventurine (green) or the cleansing, clarifying Rock Crystal, for example, can be massaged and the effect of the massage supported by the appropriate type of stone. The partner massage with two spheres of Rose Quartz is also very popular.

Modern gemstone healing has three main methods for selecting the appropriate gemstone sphere: appearance (color of the stone, grain of the mineral), theme of the stone type or effect (anti-stress, protection, etc.) and intuition.

Size of the massage beads
Massage beads with a diameter of 4 cm have proven to be a suitable size. With this size, almost all areas of the body can be massaged. Gemstone beads with a size of 3 cm and other massage stone shapes (massage sticks, massage stylus, Tumbled Stones, massage rollers) are also suitable for use on the face, especially around the eyes.

In recent years, massage balls or massage beads made of gemstones have gained a firm foothold in both the private and professional sectors. Many of our customers in the wellness, spa and cosmetics sectors offer various gemstone massages with spheres. With a little practice, the stone massage ball can be moved over different areas of the body with varying pressure. The varying pressure during the gemstone massage can be used to treat either a smaller or larger part of the body.

During a quieter part of the gemstone massage, the gemstone ball can also simply be placed on the body, allowing its weight to have an effect.

As well as being used for massage, the gemstone spheres are also suitable for decoration and as hand flatterers.

Cycle and time: The sphere is also often associated with the cycle of life and time. It can represent the different phases of life, which merge into one another like the seasons.

Gemstone oil - important accessories
In addition to the actual massage sphere, the massage oil used is also important. This allows the gemstone ball to be moved over the body in harmonious movements with the desired pressure.
We carry the gemstone oils from Monika Grundmann's Gemstone Balance concept, produced in certified organic quality by farfalla. The combination of massage balls made from the same type of stone that was used in the production of the massage oil is particularly pleasant.
