The Natrolite tumbled stones and nuggets range in size from approximately 1.5 to 4.0 cm. Each Packing Unit (100 grams) contains approximately 17–21 Natrolite stones.
Natrolite belongs to the zeolite group and is typically found in white to light gray crystalline formations. The material used here comes from a rare, compact formation with an attractive cream- to pink-colored hue.
Natrolite formed millions of years ago when lava fissures in southern Java (Indonesia) were filled with iron-bearing natrolite.
Tests conducted at the Gemological Testing Institute (EPI) revealed that the material consists of approximately 90% Natrolite and about 10% thomsonite, another mineral in the zeolite group. The term “pink Larimar,” occasionally used in the trade, is mineralogically incorrect and can be misleading.

Hello! My name is Marco Schreier, founder of the Mineralienhandlung GmbH of the same name, a specialist wholesaler for minerals, fossils, gemstones, tumbled stones, collector's objects and gift items made of stone. In the year 1998 I founded the brand Maulwurf Geschenke aus der Natur® in order to combine our product range for resellers, museum shops, dealers and other commercial users of the precious stones with our quality guarantee.
You will only receive mineralogically correctly identified stones from us, which promote the joy of collecting and experiencing the precious treasures of nature. Treatments such as coatings or coloring are always declared. Our own production in Asia guarantees the best quality at attractive wholesale prices and fair and transparent product procurement. I personally vouch for this.
