Gabbro (low-quartz plutonite) is the stone for new beginnings, for overcoming old habits. One's own needs can be better perceived through Gabbro - when planning new projects, these are then also included in the preparations. Gabbro is also sold in retail and wholesale under the name Mystic Merlinite.
Gabbro got its name from the Tuscan town of Gabbro, near where the mineral was first found and described. Occasional spellings such as Gabro, Gappro or Gabbra are therefore incorrect. As Gabbro occasionally has a blue tinge, the mineral is also known as indigogabbro.
