Mother of Pearl, "mother of pearl", is the inner layer of the shells of pearl mussels and various sea snails. The colors of Mother of Pearl vary depending on the species and geographical origin. Mother of Pearl has long been used to make jewelry due to its iridescent optical properties.
The small angel wings made of light-colored Mother of Pearl are approx. 6 x 10mm in size.
