This DVD is a special edition for the inauguration of the Medicine Buddha Mandala in Ludwigsburg.
The healing meditation is a shorter version of "Wellness for Mind and Soul" with images from the largest gemstone mandala ever laid in combination with music and text.
This DVD was specially designed to act as a tool for consciously switching off and relaxing. It allows in the simplest way (ideally with headphones) to put yourself in a harmonious state of rest in a short time.
From the sales price 2 € per CD will go to Lama Tendar, the builder of the gemstone mandala for his aid projects in Rewalsar/North India.
