An extraordinary pendant that combines fossilized geological history with the finest craftsmanship. The 252–358-million-year-old ammonite from Madagascar was carefully cut open, polished, and embellished with precisely cut Mother of Pearl inlays. Each individual piece of mother-of-pearl is hand-set into the chambers of the ammonite—a labor-intensive technique that makes every piece of jewelry a truly one-of-a-kind creation.
The high-gloss polished, rhodiniertes 925 sterling silver setting with prongs protects the surface from tarnishing and gives the pendant a particularly elegant appearance. This special piece of jewelry is crafted in our jewelry workshop in Indonesia.

Hello! My name is Marco Schreier, I am the stone-loving founder of the Mineralienhandlung GmbH of the same name. My career in the field of gemstones, precious stones, pearls and designer jewelry only began relatively late.
