Open on all four days of the fair from 9.00 am to 6.00 pm.

July 9, 2025: The final preparations are underway
Just before the house fair, pairs of one side polished pieces of Larimar have arrived and are currently being weighed and labeled.
And the new hinge clips have also found their place!
July 8, 2026: The lions are coming!
In Buchen in the Odenwald, the summer in-house exhibition is also being prepared with great enthusiasm. The team from the "Gasthaus zum Löwen" is preparing numerous delicacies for the house fair, e.g. homemade aioli for the salad buffet, poultry sausage, vegan vegetable meatballs and strawberry slush.
We would like to invite you to a culinary refreshment during the house fair! In return, we would be delighted to receive a donation for the non-profit organization Fair Trade Minerals & Gems e.V. Thank you!

The tent is slowly but steadily filling up with treasures from all over the world: obsidian from Mexico, amethyst from Brazil and Uruguay, petrified wood from Madagascar and many other gemstones and minerals.

Barely back from St. Marie (Alsace), and white tent peaks are already rising into the summer sky. The anticipation is growing - our summer in-house exhibition 2025 in Osterholz is just around the corner!
The basic structure of the exhibition tents from Fischer Zeltverleih has already been bulit up. In just six days, the Osterholz will be transformed into a cozy trade fair landscape - a special place for mineral lovers and jewelry enthusiasts.

July 2, 2025: new boutique necklaces made in Ludwigsburg
The design studio of our jewelry department has created fantastic new boutique necklaces from popular gemstones such as turquoise, sugilite and sapphire. Many of them are unique pieces that are only available once!

Of course, you will also find numerous items made of petrified coral, the stone of the month for July 2025, in the sales exhibition at the house fair. The fossilized witnesses of prehistoric times are particularly popular as jewelry and polished pieces.

June 30, 2025: Back again!
Both our colleagues from the trade fair in St. Marie-aux-Mines and the elegant Larimar jewelry with settings and eyelets in 333 gold are back in Ludwigsburg.
Fortunately, we have received a large delivery so that, despite the great interest in St. Marie, we have a sufficient selection available for the house fair.
June 27, 2025: New: “Soul of the Ocean”
Daniel Eisen and the VitaJuwel team are also preparing fot the house fair. There is a new ViA to go with Marco Schreier's presentation: “Soul of the Ocean” with Larimar and rock crystal.

June 25, 2025: The huge Bali package has arrived!
Preparations for the house fair are also continuing in the jewelry department: a package from our jewelry production in Bali has just arrived. Unpacking and labeling are now on the agenda!
For example, there are many new pieces of jewelry with summery blue topaz - also as an elegant holder for donuts!
We are now waiting for another parcel from Hong Kong, which has been stuck in customs for a week.
June 18, 2025: Only on-site in Ludwigsburg: Little gemstone treasures
Why come to Ludwigsburg for our summer house fair?! There are over 18,000 items in the webshop...
The answer is quite simple: We have so much more to offer than the webshop can show. Many small lots of minerals and gemstones that are only available at the sales exhibition in Ludwigsburg. Currently, for example, polished blue lace agate, danburite crystals, and small aquamarines.
June 16, 2025: Fantastic summer colors!
The first shipment of new stringed beads has arrived – beautiful, bright summer colors! Be inspired by angelite, aventurine, moonstone, calcite, and many other gemstones at the summer house fair.
And the next shipment with more new stringed beads is already on the horizon!
10 June, 2025: Biodiversity
Our customers also like to use the in-house exhibition as a short vacation and enjoy the diverse offerings of the baroque city of Ludwigsburg. In July, numerous events take place as part of the Schlossfestspiele (festival in the palace) - round off your day at the in-house exhibition with a beautiful concert.
Special tip: "Sand - Nature - Art" in the Blühendes Barock (Blooming Baroque garden), this year with works of art under the motto “Biodiversity”.
3 June, 2025: Waiting and Packing
While we're once again waiting for a delayed sea shipment—this time from Madagascar—preparations are underway for the St. Marie trade fair. A host of new Larimar items, including turtle engravings, abstract freeforms and tumbled stones, are currently being unpacked and labeled. So much new merchandise has arrived that there's enough for both St. Marie and the house fair. All pieces are hand-picked by Marco Schreier himself in the cutting shop.
26 May, 2025: exciting presentations and lectures
After the last two weeks were mainly characterized by the preparation and implementation of the inventory, we are now devoting all our energy to preparing for the in-house exhibition.
The final details of the lecture program were finalized today - exciting topics and competent speakers await you!
Gemstone lectures during summer house fair
20 May, 2025: Inventory! Bargains!
Our big inventory has been running since yesterday: tumbled stones, animal engravings, hearts, stringed beads, pendants - a total of around 40,000 different items have to be counted.
In the process, we keep finding excess stock, remaining stock and discontinued items. These will be removed from the sales exhibition, warehouse and webshop over the next few weeks - you will then find these items significantly reduced in the freshly stocked bargain market for the summer house fair exhibition.
12 May 2025: Prepare, plan, organize
A lot of organization is required to ensure that everything runs smoothly at the house fair and that you feel comfortable: From the sugar for the coffee to the security guards to the chili bags for your purchases, everything has to be ready in two months. We have spent the last four weeks planning and talking to our co-exhibitors. The final details have to be clyrify, but one thing is already certain:
There will be drums in Osterholz again!

14 April 2025: Busy hands
Preparations are also in full swing in our grinding shop in Haifeng for a fantastic range of goods atr the summer house fair. Currently, donuts are being cut.
They are of course made from Larimar, the gemstone of the Caribbean, but other types of stone are also being processed, e.g. turitella agate.
08 April 2025: The ticket system is online!

The number of house fair visitors per day is limited so that we have enough time for personal consultation and you can shop in a relaxed manner.
